I recently came across this Buzzfeed list about 41 Camping Hacks. After thoroughly reviewing, I concluded there was a variety of both useless and useful hacks. Lucky for you, Glamped Out readers, I will highlight and summarize the best glamping hacks from my own personal experience:

Repurpose a coffee can to hold and protect toilet paper. Love this idea! I’ve never tried this before, but I am definitely going to. Although many glamping sites do have full service restrooms, many do not. If you are going to a new campsite and don’t know what to expect- bring this genius hack with you!

Make crescent rolls over the campfire. I have something even better: Bread-on-a-Stick! Check out this blog post for the full recipe.

Need coffee? Bring single serve packets. Most important hack ever! I even dedicated a full post to this, highlighting the best ways to stay caffeinated.

Forgo pasta for quick-cooking alternatives like polenta, quinoa or couscous. Polenta is definitely on my future glamping recipe list- easy to pack and easy to cook! Also check out this Glamping Paella recipe.

Cook Cinnabuns in a hollowed-out orange over a campfire. All I have to say is- YUM.

Try roasting Starburst. I have never thought of this idea before. And as obscure as it sounds, I’m surprised that as an avid Starburst lover I haven’t tried it. I am very intrigued- so leave a comment if you actually have tasted this interesting concoction!
